Custodial History

Two accessions (89/35R and 89/36R) of Taylor and Drury Mayo Branch records were donated in 1989 by Linda MacDonald, on behalf of the Mayo Historical Society, and Lynda Peters, a former Mayo resident. Both groups of records came from Mayo where they were stored in the rafters of the original Taylor and Drury building.
Fred C. Aylwin donated the ledger in accession 94/6.
The Taylor and Drury Limited records (95/92) were originally stored in two wooden boxes in the company safe. They were removed and kept by Isaac Taylor's son, Charlie Taylor, following the company's closure and eventually passed on to his brother, Bill Taylor. William L. Drury and Bill Taylor donated the material to Yukon Archives in 1995.
The financial statements in accession 2008/79 were donated by Betty Taylor, wife of Charlie Taylor.
The ledgers in accession 2014/87R were donated by the Yukon Transportation Museum who received them from Chuck Halliday, son-in-law of Bill Taylor.
Verna Hart, Charlie and Betty Taylor's daughter, donated the ledger in accession 2019/32.
The donors of accessions 82/455 and 2016/30 were not recorded.
