This fonds consists of records created and collected by Robert Henderson, his son Hugh Henderson, and his grandson Chester Henderson pertaining to mining in the Klondike Gold Fields, Yukon.
Collected records include business papers, documents, and correspondence of Yukon Gold Company, Klondike Mines Railway Company, Klondike Thawing Machine Company, Canadian Klondike Mining Company, and A.N.C. Treadgold during the height of gold dredging activity in Dawson City.
Also included are news clippings, photographs, and maps.
The fonds is divided into the following series: Robert Henderson; Hugh Henderson; Chester Henderson; Yukon Gold Company; Klondike Mines Railway Company; Klondike Thawing Machine Company; Miscellaneous; Canadian Klondike Mining Company; and Henderson family maps.
