This fonds consists of correspondence, scrapbooks, ephemera, photographs and a map created and collected by Kate Rockwell (also known as Klondike Kate), from 1882 to her death in 1957, as well as some legal documents created subsequent to her death.
There are four series: Correspondence; Ephemera; Scrapbooks and Photographs; and Legal Affairs.

Artifacts, including a sign, a book of matches, a necklace, ribbon, a name tag and a wooden menu, which were acquired with this material were passed on to MacBride Museum, Whitehorse. Photocopies of some of the photographs were sent to the museum in Dawson City.
