Scope and Content 


The series consists of records of the Yukon Gold Company (later the Yukon Consolidated Gold Company) arising from their drilling and dredging operations in the Dawson - Forty Mile area, as well as Alaska sites: Greenstone Creek and Coal Creek. Included are correspondence, legal documents, reports or feasibility studies of proposed dredging sites with corresponding blue print drafts of dredge cuts and drill holes; as well as 1911-1912 gold assay advice notices signed by Grant Henderson. Other reports are: Forty Mile Mining District, 1913 (f.13); Drill Prospecting Reports on Gold Bottom Creek, 1914 (f.15); Wood Stove Pipe Detail, 1917 (f. 16); Old Gold Run Inventories, 1922 (f.18); Hydraulics Production, 1906-1925 (f.19); Dredge's Production, 1907-1924, (f.20); Hydraulic Mine Equipment (f.21).
